Sponsorship Benefit Summary

There are TWO types of Sponsorship –

1. Event Sponsorship (Sponsorship package currently available)

2. Club Sponsorship (Sponsorship package currently not available)

4 levels of sponsorship -

1. Platinum Sponsor $20,000

2. Gold Sponsor $10,000

3. Silver Sponsor $ 7,000

4. Bronze Sponsor $ 5,000

5. Diamond $ 2,500

 

The Fundamentals

• NAME-IN-LOGO: Your Company name/logo will be incorporated into the logo for the Washington Dragon Boat Association’s events/activities. Common displays include Presented By, or Made Possible By. Throughout the duration of this sponsorship Your Company will be represented in the “official event logo”.

• EVENT MARKETING INFLUENCE: Your Company will have representation and influence through the Washington Dragon Boat Marketing Committee. Event decisions will be developed through this committee, with the assistance of your representative.

• RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL: Your Company may select a one-year option (2008 events) or a two-year option (2008 and 2009 events). Selection of one or two years shall be made at the execution of the Agreement.

• POST EVENT SPONSORSHIP REVIEW: The Washington Dragon Boat Association will meet with Your Company periodically to review the success of this partnership. At that time, Your Company will be provided with documentation summarizing performance of WDBA’s obligations: signage, awards, t-shirts, etc.

 

Direct Exposure

• EVENT T-SHIRTS: Your Company will have premier logo placement on the Official Event T-shirts. T-shirt design will be developed through the Marketing Committee with input from your representative.

• PARTICIPANT MEDALS: Your Company will have logo placement on the medals that will be given to each competitor. These medals will be the traditional gold, silver and bronze with an additional participant medal for those individuals on a non-placing boat.

• PROMOTIONAL ADVERTISING: Your Company will be recognized in all advertising obtained by the WDBA. Advertising placement and size will be determined with the assistance of your representative through the WDBA Marketing Committee.

• ON-SITE SIGNAGE: Your Company will have the right to provide promotional banners to be displayed in highly visible locations at each WDBA event. Size and location will be determined through the WDBA Marketing Committee.

• TEAM BROCHURES/REGISTRATION FORMS: Your Company will have logo placement on all event brochures and volunteer registration forms.

• WEB PRESENCE: Your Company will have logo placement on both the Washington Dragon Boat Association and the Tacoma-Pierce County Sports Commission web site for the duration of this partnership.
